Identified - Some MyVideoSpot videos are currently unable to be played. An error stating, “The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported” appears. We do not currently have a way to fix this issue, outside of playing it from another source.
MyVideoSpot is aware of the issue, and is working on a resolution.

Starting at 5pm on Friday, April 12th through Sunday, April 14th, the CORE system will be unavailable while a system architecture update is completed. Computing Services staff will be performing the update and will work with Business Affairs and HR staff throughout the process. Note that staff will be able to use time clocks during the update. Check the LPS Status page throughout the weekend for updates.
